Abe began as a professional photographer in the 1960's as a college student, shooting anti-War demonstrations and rock concerts part-time for the Associated Press. Over the past 30 years, his work has evolved into editorial fashion, portraits and fine art photography, working out of homes in Los Angeles and New York City. He has taught portrait and fashion photography at UCLA as well as workshops in Santa Fe. His work has been shown at galleries in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York, and he is represented by the agency T.D.R./SRL in Milan, Italy.
